Starfire EXP is new to the line up, but this limited number is old inventory with chipped QPQ finsh. The center of the brake so machined out to safe weight. It does not make the gun more quite, but it does change the tone. This was the first test run of this brake and the QPQ is awesome for wear resistance, but is too britle for the sharp edges left on these on top of the holes. These are only avalible in this black QPQ finish and in 1/2-28 thread. This price ($70.00 ....$61.25 +8.75 shipping)is limited to stock on hand only.
Starfire EXP (limited # at this price)
The Stafire EXPis made from 410 Stainless Steel and measures .960 in diameter and 3.5 long. The taper is designed to look/blend great with a barrel measuring up .770 range. The 360 design of the Starfire eliminates the need for a crush washer. The designed also directs the shot energy down range away from the shooter not back at the shooter like most wall type brakes. This results in a more pleasant noise experience for the shooter and those standing close or behind.
